Malika was very competent throughout our entire conversation, asking the right questions and even going out of her way to find an address that I needed for my policy which I did not have, luckily, Malika was able to Locate such address, which ultimately had me bent my wing and sign up with State Farm. To say that Malika was genuine would be an understatement, I exaggerate not when I say that she put my problems and took them as her own.
